Seasonal Reset reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Seasonal Reset is a diagnostic-first platform designed to help people eliminate year-round clutter by rotating seasonal possessions into curated, space-efficient collections. The Service includes diagnostic tools, collection recommendations, organizational guidance, and related resources to support seasonal storage and rotation practices.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee specific organizational outcomes or space savings, as results depend on individual circumstances, implementation, and adherence to recommendations.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Seasonal Reset Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or Seasonal Reset staff
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any code of destructive nature
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Scraping, crawling, or automating data collection without written permission
• Reproducing, duplicating, or copying content for commercial purposes without authorization

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial organizational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service or its content without explicit written permission from Seasonal Reset.

The Seasonal Reset name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Seasonal Reset. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.

6. User-Generated Content

If the Service permits you to submit, upload, or share content (such as photos, notes, or organizational plans), you retain ownership of that content. However, by submitting such content, you grant Seasonal Reset a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service, including for demonstration or educational purposes.

You agree not to submit any content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise unlawful. Seasonal Reset reserves the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Seasonal Reset Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Seasonal Reset makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Seasonal Reset does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components
• The diagnostic tools will accurately identify all organizational challenges or provide universally applicable solutions
• Collection recommendations will result in specific space savings or aesthetic outcomes
• The Service will meet your specific organizational needs or expectations

You use the Service at your own risk. Any reliance on the Service, its content, or recommendations is entirely at your discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Seasonal Reset shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, even if Seasonal Reset has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Seasonal Reset's total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to Seasonal Reset in the twelve months preceding the claim, or if you have not made any payment, the liability shall not exceed the equivalent of one month's subscription fee (or the lowest available subscription tier if you are a free user).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Third-Party Links and Content

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services that are not operated by Seasonal Reset. These links are provided for convenience only, and Seasonal Reset is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Seasonal Reset disclaims all liability for third-party content and services.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Sarıyer, Marmara Region, Turkey.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, nothing in these terms shall deprive you of any rights afforded to you by applicable consumer law.

11. Termination

Seasonal Reset reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Causes for termination include but are not limited to violation of these terms, unauthorized use of the Service, or engagement in unlawful activity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Seasonal Reset is not liable to you or any third party for any termination of access or deletion of content.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seasonal Reset, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements posted on the Seasonal Reset website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Seasonal Reset regarding the Service and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral.

15. Changes to These Terms

Seasonal Reset may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, applicable law, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending you an email notification or displaying a prominent notice on the Service.
